This place has gone down hill. There have been a lot of good people leave. Today the barista asked me 3 times if I wanted my croissant warmed up...after I order a warm croissant...I had ordered a trenta very berry hibiscus...but got handed a venti. I said I ordered a trenta...she just didn't listen to anything! Sigh....it used to be the best sbux.

Employees are a little on the lazy and selfish side at this particular location...The store could use a little better elbow grease when cleaning every night for a place that charges the average person that walks in $10 for a pastry and a Sugar Overdosed Coffee. LOL

This location had very fast service. The employees were great, very friendly and helpful despite the very early hour of the day. My customized drink was made as requested to their usual standards. No complaints about my visit in the least. I will definitely visit this location again when I am back in the area and would recommend it to others.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a Cold Brew and my order was skipped because the Barista didn't know how to change the keg. There were employees and a few just standing around while no one helped to complete our order. Meanwhile orders that were placed after mine continued to be completed. No apology was given or even a heads-up like "this might take a while, thank you for waiting" The whole time I just watched my half filled cup of Cold Brew sit on the counter behind the Barista who didn't even make an effort to ensure someone was going to replace the Keg. She just continued to prepare more orders because she "didn't know how to change the keg".. out of all the 8 employees only 1 person new how? Ridiculous.. lol

Usually pretty busy but they manage it well at BDT and the drinks are good. They'll remake drinks without a bit fuss
